Hi, I am a newbie, not only to SCS but to sound editing in general. I purchased the system for my drama class. I would like to have students design the sound for their own scenes. In order to get started, I need to acquire a bank of sound effects. Can anyone suggest a good library of a wide range of sound effects? It would be great if it wasn't too expensive.
Also, are there instruction sheets on using SCS anywhere? Just something that I can use as an entry point for students so they can explore the software.
Thanks. Any help is much appreciated.

Other sites for sound effects are listed on our Useful Links page. The site I use the most is SoundDogs.
