Video stutter

Hi, hope you can help! We are running version 11.1.6. on Windows 7 - 64 bit Service Pack 1. Edirol UA101 sound card. NVidia-GEForce-9400 GT graphics card (driver version 8.17.12.7533) PC has Intel (R) Core (TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600@2.40Ghz. 8Gb RAM. Our show requires video, still and audio with overlapping video/sound cues. We are experiencing random stutter with the video and occasional non-start of video cues. Just to pre-empt you we have downloaded diagnostic dump file and emailed to mike@showcuesystems.com! I am not the sound man, neither am I the IT person but can get hold of someone to answer your more technical questions. We are getting very close to opening night and would be most grateful for any help or advice.
