The first show I've run with SCS

Post by Darren B » Tue Jan 27, 2009 3:41 am

... in fact, the first show I've ever run at all.

Thanks for a fantastic piece of software that helped me get the job done smoothly & efficiently. I had no experience of running theatre sound & video when a friend asked me to help out with a childrens pantomime. They only asked me becasue I have some nice PA gear!!
Anyway, I said yes and set about finding something that would turn my laptop into a theatre control system becuase I knew I wouldn't have enough hands to run lights, video, backing tracks & sound effects and mix 8 microphones all at the same time.

The show was on Saturday and everything ran perfectly.

BTW - how do I change my forum user name? The rather strange name here is a product of a dodgy keyboard/mouse and me not checking it before I submitted it.
Thanks
Darren.
