Hot key bug (fix in 10.3.1)

Very minor bug!

version 10.3
Take any production and create a single hotkey cue.
check it works OK
go into editor and un-check the enabled box for the hotkey cue
save the changes, exit the editor,
the hot key will still work and play the file.
Exit SCS and restart it. Now the hotkey has gone and all OK !
