I'm not sure you can do anything about capturing MB2 when the pointer is in the title bar, but it would be nice to fix the problem when it's in the ribbon bar.

Not sure if this is a V10 problem, but if mouse button 2 is enabled, it doesn't always result in a "GO" when pressed. If the mouse pointer is in the title bar, you get the normal context menu. If it's in the ribbon bar, it appears to act like MB1. This is particularly bad if the pointer happens to be hovering on the "New" option of the file box and you hit MB2 while another production is loaded and running
