Hi,
Have no experience with these, however I made a very effective projector shutter from an old optical drive. Using reverse voltage to open / close, choice of DC voltage determines speed. It's mounted on a bracket on the front of the projector. Gaffer tape to cover up the hole in the drive. I have an 8 channel relay board controlled by SCS commands to automate.
Best of all, nil cost.
