Maybe it is to much asked, but should it be possible to show the embedded subtitle streams in a videofile. I have to show a lot of video, with this kind of material some times with, and sometimes without subtitles. To prevent me that I have to switch to a program like VLC during a show should be really awesome.

Is the video player a third party piece of software that might have some default setting to allow subtitles?

The video player is a third party piece of software (TVideoGrabber, or 'TVG' is I refer to it) and there doesn't appear to be a property or method available that enables subtitles/captions to be displayed. I've just sent an inquiry to the developer regarding this.
