[Fix11.7.1.1]Playback Cursor Freeze on Video files in 11.7.1

I downloaded and installed 11.7.1 and used a cue file with about 6 video files to test it. Most of the video files are 30-second title cards. In the cue file I trigger these with hot keys.
During my testing I would bounce from one video file to another and I noticed after a few times bouncing between files the playback cursor would not move, but the file would play and play through. When this happens I would also trigger another video file - the file would play as expected but the cursor for that file would also be stuck.
After hitting ESC the problem would go away and the playback cursors would move as expected, but only for a few playbacks before the cursor would stop again.
I'm using what I think is the latest LAV filters (unless they have updated it in the last month to 6 weeks).

Eric,

A log file (zipped) will have been saved in the folder "SCS Logs" under "Documents". The name of the log file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Could you email me the log file from a run in which this happened?
