Sound cues end abruptly when playing to more than 1 device

Hi,

Running SCS 11.4 on a Windows 10 machine.
I have two devices configured for sound output - one to audience and one to foldback speakers on the stage. Sound cues work with either one as individual device without issue.

When I attempt to set the sound to play to both devices the cue plays successfully, but cuts off abruptly at a percentage before the end of the file. I think it is about 10% - a 15 second sound file cuts out about 1.5 seconds before the end, a 30 second file cuts about 3 to 3.5 seconds before the end of the file.

As soon as a I set the output to just one set of speakers again it works fine.

Has anyone encountered this before and is there a way to resolve it?

check if your devices work with the same samplerate.

Hi chrisoleary, Ive ran into these problems before. I've since made very well sure that all my devices are at the same sample rate. Both for playback and record. Havent had that problem again so far.
