It's Very Quiet Here

Post by Eric Snodgrass » Tue Aug 08, 2017 1:40 pm

For anyone who regularly visits this site, have you noticed that it has been very quiet the last 10 days or so? I've not seen one post, not even from Mike. Anyone know what's going on?

Activity does tend to slow down during the northern summer - also around Christmas. We've just been away for a few weeks but now that we're back I'm working on some user-requested enhancements for SCS 11.7. Also on fixes for any reported bugs (including the playlist bugs you reported, Eric!). The new features I'm currently working on for 11.7 include multiple loops per audio file cue, and multiple screens for video/image cues. There are quite a few other enhancements I'd like to include.

Good to know the lack of site activity is mostly due to a seasonal lull.

Quiet because I'm running around keeping some touring out door shows going, SCS works fine but all this damp and windy weather is causing a few problems. Having a large gazebo blown through the lighting rig because the site owners did not bother to peg and tie it down being one of them. Fortunately it was overnight and the rig survived because it was properly tied down.
