[Fix 11.6.2] 11.5 11.6 video or images don't do fades

I don't use projections much but I updated to the most recent versions and I can't get fades to work with either video or images. Either fade in/out or crossfade.

And I thought I used to be able to move videos up and down at least. But now they don't move at all.

The cue looks the same but the fade boxes don't do any thing.

You should find this fixed in SCS 11.6.2 Release Candidate 5.
