[Fix 11.6.1] midi cue number deleted on paste of sub-cue

Hi Mike

Little buglet - if I copy and paste a subcue into a cue with other sub-cues then any Midi/DMX number already defined for the cue is deleted. I think this has always been happening as several times in the past I have found my midi cue numbers missing and never worked out why . . . Haven't tried with all sub-cue types but certainly the case if the pasted sub-cue is a call cue.
