[In 11.6.1] Audio Graph Color Change of Playing Cue
It would be nice if the audio graph of any playing cue changed color. It could change to the same color as the playing cue in the cue list. That would differentiate it from any of the other visible audio graphs and could be a help when doing a quick glance over during a show.

I'll second that for Eric, It would help during a busy show when only a quick glance is all you can spare.

Re: Audio Graph Color Change of Playing Cue
I like the idea but setting the audio graph color to the color of the playing cue is not ideal if you are using the SCS default colors. See the example of Q10 in the Cue Panels Help topic. The default color for audio file cues is very close to that used in the audio graph sliders. It would be feasible to change the audio graph color of a playing audio file to some fixed color, eg green if you are using SCS default colors.

Any color that is different from the other non-playing audio graph colors is fine by me.
Re: Audio Graph Color Change of Playing Cue
- Maybe switch background to waveform color and waveform color to background inside the small window?
- Another idea could be changing waveform color to a light reddish color (to see the slider as good as possible), or
- introduce a new option to select your own 'playing waveform color' in the color editor!?
Maybe it's worth to give it a try/short test, Mike?

Christian

That's the option I've been considering. A bit more work but a far better end result.cpeters wrote:- introduce a new option to select your own 'playing waveform color' in the color editor!?

Re: Audio Graph Color Change of Playing Cue
This feature will be included in SCS 11.6.1 but after investigating and trying various options I've decided on setting the color for playing cues to the color assigned in the color scheme to 'playing' cues, ie the background color of the status field when 'Playing' is displayed. The color change will also be applied to non-audio-graph progress sliders, eg to progress sliders for video cues, level change cues, etc.
