When a cue control is set up in the production properties under the devices tab for device type "MIDI In" you can define a "MIDI In Port" a "Control Method" and a "Device Id".
Everything is saved fine with the cue file except the "Device Id". Each time the cue file is loaded it is set to its default value "0 00H".

Re: Device Id for Cue Control is not saved
I've just run a test here and the Device Id was saved and re-displayed correctly. Could you email me a diagnostic file and also a screenshot that shows the error? You can create the diagnostic file by selecting 'Create Diagnostic File' from the drop-down menu displayed when you click the Help button in the main window. The file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Diagnostics" under "Documents" or "My Documents".

Re: Device Id for Cue Control is not saved
Subsequent to my previous posting, I found this occurred when the Control Method is set to 'MIDI Machine Control (MMC)'. The error is now fixed in SCS 11.5.2.3 RC1 - see the separate forum posting on this release.
