[Resolved]SCS Using Monitor 2 as 4 Different Outputs for A/V

Post by mvichlach » Wed Aug 05, 2015 12:01 pm

I was working on a show file, and everything was going fine. When I went to try out and then tested the images and video I had entered it divided my second screen into 4 different screens. I loaded a previous show and it doesn't seem to have the same issue. All new shows I create now have this problem. What could be causing this. I'm using SCS 11.3.8 on Windows 7 with a Platinum License. As my show goes into previews Thursday and I would like to have this solved ASAP!
Thanks!

If SCS is dividing your second screen into 4 different screens then you must have at least one video or memo cue that's set to 'Screen 5'. If you cannot sort this out, please email me a diagnostic file. You can create this file by selecting 'Create Diagnostic File' from the drop-down menu displayed when you click the Help button in the main window. The file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Diagnostics" under "Documents" or "My Documents".

Thanks for your quick reply! I got into the theatre early today to troubleshoot this issue. I checked and made sure that all my video was going to V2 and sure enough it was. I went and tested my files and everything was working like it did before. The only thing I did differently was run a program called CCleaner to clear out temporary files. It seemed to delete a couple temporary files from Windows Media Player. Could this have solved the issue? If not, would you still like for me to send you a diagnostics report?

Thanks for all of your help!
