[Fix 11.4.0.1]11.4.0 Level numbers not moving in Edit Window

In 11.4.0, when moving the volume level sliders for a cue, the db level numbers do not move at all.
I change the level slider, save the cue, close the Editor Window and then reopen it. The db number now reflects the change made to the slider, but when moving the slider again the numbers still do not move.
