Remote control using MOTU 828

Hi folks,

last week I discovered a connector at the backside of newly installed MOTU 828 Mk2 interface, which is labelled "Punch In/Out". Manual says this will only work with Apple computers, but of course this is nonsense. Open MOTU Audio Console, enable pedal and set a key (see screenshot). For this example I used F12. If You happen to have a normal closed switch use Pedal Up instead of Pedal Down.
Then run SCS, open Options - Shortcuts, select the function You want to control and assign the same key as in MOTU Audio Console. Save and You are ready to use a remote "Go" or "Confirmed Go".
