Live manual level change to automatically update the Q

Post by mattcoomber1 » Thu Feb 09, 2012 2:30 am

Hi Mike,

This is my first post on here so firstly I would like to say thank you so much for developing this software. It has made my life so much easier. My feature request is that once you have set all your cues and you are running them in say a tech rehearsal and for example the director says can Q3 be a bit quieter, I know you can manually adjust the level on SCS live but is it possible to have a way that the Q is then updated with this new level so you don't have to go into the editor to save the change? Maybe something like an update Q button?! I have been playing with SCS 11 and I see you have the design and performance modes. Could it be that this is something that is available in design mode but is locked in performance mode.

Kind regards

This possibility already exists in SCS 10. If you observe the Ribbon Bar at the top of the Run Screen you will see that in the Edit panel there is a Save Settings button, which is enabled as soon as you make a manual change. It currently can store up to 20 changes, which gives you the possibility of waiting until a quiet moment to save the settings. Previous versions saved only the last change.

For further details see the Help file.

I can't believe I have never noticed that. Many thanks Malcolm.
