A user recently reported that whenever they opened the Help the right-hand window of the Help would show "The page cannot be displayed". After some investigation and searching of the web for a solution, it appears there are two possible causes for this.
- There is a # in the path to the file.
- The help file is blocked and needs to be unblocked.

The user who reported this found blocking to be the cause, and that by unblocking the file the Help was then displayed OK.
