I set a cue to play an effect and then set a fade out cue so that I can end it early. This is fine.
If however I do not end the cue early, the program jumps to the fade out cue (which now does nothing) meaning I have to press GO twice to get to the next cue. Is there a way of making the program skip the fadeout cue if the sound effect runs to completion?
Skipping fadeout
Re: Skipping fadeout
Hi,
You can setup the fade out cue as a Hotkey.

Re: Skipping fadeout
Another possibility
Q1 Audio File Cue
Q2 Note Cue
Q3 SFR Cue
Setup the Note Cue as a 'GoTo Cue' : Enter "$GoTo Q3" in the description field and set autostart to 0 seconds after end of Q1
Set the SFR Cue to manual and Q1 to Fade Out and Stop, Time override for fades to e.g. 5sec
