It would be great if you could add an option to burn all the sound effects (including there start times, stop times, fade it, and fade out) to an audio cd for a backup.

IMHO thats only a backup for the most basic kind of shows. When you have a lot of manual cues you'll be out of sync very soon.
To have a real backup you can sync two computers running the same show and switch to the backup when something goes wrong.
If you think that a backup CD is sufficient you can use one of the audio grabber programs - you just have to run the show once, record it and burn the wav to a CD.

I agree with Denver, having a "good" backup in hand (and an archive to go back to, if needed) would be handy. If your PC crashed, then all you would need to do is load SCS on another PC, pop in the CD or Thumb Drive and do a "Show Import" of sorts. As I was typing a new feature request, I also thought of using a USB thumb drive to back shows up to. (They are cheap these days and don't have the issues with longevity that CDs have. If you didn't know, CDs and DVDs WILL NOT last forever--they break down over time and become useless, unless you want some shiny coasters to set your drinks on.)

As mentioned here, SCS already has a facility to create a production folder, which is designed to assist in copying your entire production to another computer via USB drive, CD, DVD or network. This is useful not only for a backup computer, but also for transferring from a design computer to a production computer.
