Hi
A quick question - rather confusing to explain so I'll try my best!
Recently, while working through a technical rehearsal, I had 2 cues which crossfaded from one into the other over 3 or so minutes. Due to ease I programed SCS to deal with the fade times. Problems arose when the rehearsal stopped and my operator stopped all cues rather then pausing, which meant that we had to restart and wait a while for the cue to be audible. Unfortunely he done this a few times, and it started to get annoying!!
The only way I could think to avoid this was to pause the tracks, or pre-mix the tracks fading in - so if you do need to stop you can just skip through the recording, but if a longer fade is needed you would have to re-edit. Does anyone know of a way to override the fade?
Cheers
Danny

If you save the changes this will store a new level for the cue. I'm not sure that's what you want to do if you're just temporarily wanting to skip the fade. If you just drag the slider to your new level but don't save changes then the next time you run the show you will still have the original level setting.
