[Fix 11.9.0] Setting up MIDI Cue Control crashes SCS

Hi,
I have SCS 11.8.5 (x64) running with a totally new production.
When trying to set up a Cue Control from an AKAI Pro APCMini) SCS will crash upon any effort to change settings for MIDI IN.
After a crash and relaunching SCS there's a status bar at the bottom of the screen claiming that Cue Control is set-up, however, if all I do is open the Cue Control tab in Production Properties, then SCS crashes again. Log file attached.
I'm willing to believe that I might be pushing some wrong buttons but, according to other forum posts, the MIDI part of SCS seems less than robust and exceptions are not handled very well.
In the meantime, I am struggling to find a work-around as everything I try causes a similar crash.

Please help me get the most from SCS's MIDI capabilities.

11.9.0 loaded and although the red 2out of memory red status warning still appears (which must be bogus) at least SCS doesn't crash any more. I can proceed.
