Display Midi Cue Number in other places

Mike, it would be helpful to me to have the Midi Cue # displayed as part of the Last Playing Cue, Next Manual Cue, and the Cue Panels.

I have added the Midi Cue # to the Cue List Columns of the Cue List, (and have Midi numbers assigned). But the Midi numbers are only displayed in the main Cue List. For quick reference, it would be useful to have them included along with the Cue numbers in the above listed sections.

I would think they would only need to be displayed if the user requested Midi Cue # from the Options and Settings/Cue List Columns, AND have an actual Midi Cue # value assigned to a cue.
