Hi,
Is there any way to improve the quality of the video from SCS? The quality of the same video played via Windows Media Player seems to be a lot better than in SCS. I have got some photos showing the degradation in performance but sadly I don't seen to be able to attach them to this report.

I'm not aware of any video quality issues. A log file will have been created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of the file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Please email me a relevant log file, together with an explanation of what happened.
