[Fix 11.8.2.2] Telnet Nag Screen

Post by domiii » Wed Feb 26, 2020 2:03 pm

Getting a message about not finding a "telnet server"

I'm not using telnet and never set it up!

How do i get rid of the nag screen.

Thanks in advance!

It might be the remote app interface. See Options and Settings - Remote App Interface. If the Remote App Interface Enabled checkbox is selected and you are not using the remote app, try clearing this checkbox. Then click OK and close and restart SCS.

Mike,

Not that.

The check box was not checked, so just to make sure I checked it restarted, got the nag screen, then unchecked it restarted, got the nag screen again.

I'm on version 11.8.2.1 (x64) Build 2020/01/07.

A log file will have been created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of the file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Please email me the log file from a run in which this message occurred.
