Cues going but not running

Hit the go button but cue doesn't play. Random - doesn't happen every time. Seems to be the same cue causing it (school bell).

Restarted the program and it came up with an error: "device something" (middle of show didn't have time to screen shot.)

Rebooted computer fixed it but then happened again same show. Rebooted again fixed it. Ran some random cues after the show and they all seemed to work. :-/

A log file will have been created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of the file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Please email me the log file from a run in which this happened, and tell me which cue didn't play.

The logs you have supplied show SCS running correctly. Make sure you have disabled USB Selective Suspend for that device / USB port. USB Selective Suspend has a nasty habit of disabling power to a USB device, sometimes when you least expect it. See How to Disable USB Selective Suspend for details on how to do this. This link has now been added to our FAQ page.
