Another thought about the time of day clock.
If the clock were always visible, it could be below the min/max/edit buttons.
There would be nothing above the clock it so it would fit rather nicely.

Here is a picfture of the clock on the menu strip all the way on the right.
The picture is 576kb and is too big for the display.

Unfortunately, I deleted your other responses showing pictures.
If you reply I can send the picture.

Any hints on why the sound bars do not show anything when I play a mp4 file?

Regarding this matter, note that video files are played using a different playback library to audio files, and SCS does not obtain audio levels from the video playback library.
