Video on multiple displays crashes when Memo Cue activated on one of the multiple displays

HI Mike,
I've just added a USB video adapter in an attempt to get a 3rd display to run prompt cues to performer. I have set-up video to run on both displays 2 & 3 but memo on 3 only. Fire cue for memo, kills video in both displays.
Is there any way that memo can overlay video?
Can work with video only on 2 and memo on 3 (that doesn't kill video) but it'd be nice to have the video for performer AND the cue. (yep, I know we want it all.)
Also having issues with Presonus Audiobox USB device - repeatedly hard to activate within SCS, the Device Map will not load saying "insufficient channels available" sometimes then goes into tail spin and dies
Config for USB is ENTEC DMX, Presonus and the USB2-VGA adapter.
Saved post crash log files.

Regarding the Presonus Audiobox, this has been found to cause some issues, noted earlier this year. Try searching for Presonus.
