I found another bug:
The markings of all Dimmer Channels in Fixture Types, disappears every time restarting SCS 11.8.1.1.

Update:
I now found the problem. If there is no description in "Profil: Fixture Type Channels", it won´t save the marking of Dimmer Channel when restarting the session. But I am allowed to save Device Changes without having filled in the description. And why all these descriptions? I think it´s overkill.

Confirmed that this is a bug. SCS was only saving the fixture channel info if a description was present or if the default value was non-zero. SCS didn't check the 'dimmer channel' property. I'll email you a fix.
However, I don't consider the description to be 'overkill', except possibly for single-channel devices. Here's an example of a lighting cue in a test we recently ran, which shows the value of these description fields:
