[Fix 11.8.1.1] 11.8.1 Crash on show file load

Mike, I've just tried installing the 11.8.1 version, and have run into an issue using both the 32 and 64 bit versions. If I start the program without specifying a show file (ie holding shift, and specifying no initial file), the program seems to load OK. But as soon as I specify an existing show file (which works fine under 11.7.1), the program displays the Windows spin donut for about a minute, and then unceremoniously shuts itself down. It does not display any crash splash, or any error - the program just ends.

I'll send a copy of the log to you via email, and hopefully you can make a diagnosis from it.

Fix ready for 11.8.1.1, but the concurrent use of a product called DisplayFusion seems to be exacerbating the problem. It appears that DisplayFusion may override window positions set by SCS. This 11.8.1.1 fix corrects an issue in the code that checks for SCS window conflicts, but the fix does not claim to support what DisplayFusion is doing.
