During the last two performances of our current show, a cue's audio has turned into an electronic tone or buzz. This has happened on a different cue each time and is not reproducible. This has never happened before with this particular computer.
Any suggestions as to what I can check to ensure that this doesn't happen again? We are using the latest version of the software 11.8.0.1

We are using a Cakewalk UA-101 for our audio card and the computer is a newly built Intel Core i5 8th Gen processor with Windows 10 and the latest updates.
I will post more information about our system when I can. Right now we are in the middle of the show.

Re: Audio turns into electronic tone or buzz
If you're using ASIO it could be that the UA-101 ASIO driver stalled. A log file will have been created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of the file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Please mail me (at support@showcuesystems.com) the log file from a run in which this problem occurred, and tell me which cue was playing at the time.
