Problem with SCS honouring video size and position settings

SCS 11.8.0.2ck

1. A SCS video cue is being used to display a video capture from a video tape on the screen of an old CRT TV.

2. The video is 720x576 MOV format

2. A HDMI to CVBS converter output is connected to the composite video input of the TV.

3. To display the video to full screen on the TV I set the xPos, yPos and size in the cue.

4. The problem is when I try and adjust the settings by say changing the size and then running the video cue, it takes no notice of the revised settings and went back to the default. Also, if I close SCS and run the cue it continues to ignore the TV cue settings.

5. By experiment, I found that if I ran any video cue with no changes to xPos, yPos and size before running the problem cue, it displayed with the xPos, yPos and size settings in the TV cue.
