Problem with fade-in of hibernated playlist

Hi,

At last I found some time to report a few bugs. So this is my 2nd one. I put it in a new report because of easier future lookup on this forum.

Working with 11.6.2 (x64) and attached the diagnostic file.

The problem is with Q13. In Q5 a playlist is started and in Q6 this playlist is hibernated. Q13 is auto-started and should fade-in in 4 sec the hibernated playlist but it start immediately at nominal level. So no fade-in.
I also believe that the level change cue in Q14 doesn't do anything.
But perhaps I made a mistake with programming?

Hope there will be a solution soon.
