Hi,
Is it possible to have just one "reading bar" for many sub-cues ? (or To link bars ?)
I explain : in the same cue, I have 3 sub-cues. The first one for the video, the second one for a stereo output and the third for an other stereo output.
Of course during the show I just start the 3 cues togother and it's ok. But during a rehearsal, if I want to play at 2 minuts (for example), I would like set this time with a global bar and the others follow...
Thank you in advance !
(Sorry for my english, I'm french !)
I use SCS professional license.
One reading bar for many sub-cues
Re: One reading bar for many sub-cues
I understand that if audio sub-cues have the same duration they are automatically linked. But how to link these audio sub-cues to the video sub-cue in the same cue?

Re: One reading bar for many sub-cues
Currently it's not possible to link a video sub-cue to an audio sub-cue, but I will consider implementing this feature. One of the issues is that different playback libraries are used for audio and video. The BASS audio library is used (by default) for playing audio files, and BASS supports linking channels together, and SCS makes use of this facility. Video files are played using (by default) the TVideoGrabber video playback library. No linking of files is available between these two libraries.
Normally this is not an issue provided the video file contains the required audio. However, video cues do only support a single audio output device, so this could be an issue if you want to play to more than just a stereo output.
If the position you want to skip to (eg during rehearsals) is always the same position then you could set up a Set Position hotkey cue. A 'Set Position' cue will set the position of all sub-cues in the target cue.

Ok, thank you for your reply.

Do you think this new feature is feasible and can be created?
