Virtual Output (Video) Size

I am a completely new purchaser as of today, having played with the demo for a while and been extremely impressed with what SCS can do. One issue I have found is that I will be developing my productions on a PC connected to a single 2560x1440 monitor. This is great visually for using the cue and editor windows, but the simulated output window (i.e. S2 etc.) for video playback is so small it is almost useless. I tried the split screen option, and although this works the video output is too choppy to be workable with. Is there any way to make the simulated output device bigger?

You can choose a larger size for the monitor window - see Display Options, and select 'Large' as the Video Monitor Size. You may need to close and restart SCS after making and saving this change.

Thanks Mike. I neglected to say that I had already done that - but on a 2560x1440 resolution monitor even 240 pixels high is still very small. I was hoping there might be a way to make it bigger (320 or 480) - but I'm guessing not. Maybe larger sizes could be considered for a future release?

Could you email me a diagnostic file? You can create this file by selecting 'Create Diagnostic File' from the drop-down menu displayed when you click the Help button in the main window. The file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Diagnostics" under "Documents" or "My Documents".
