Add a menu to enable the printing lists of "Fixture Types" and "Lighting Fixtures"

The ability to easily reference this hardware setup information is crucial for efficient show setup and reviewing past configurations.
At present there is only visual overview by selecting the appropriate menu views in "Production Properties"

For those that are interested, the SCS files *.scsdx and *.scsxx are xml format and both can be queried by using https://claude.ai/ to summarise SCS configurations etc.
