Switching shows doesn't turn projector off

I can sort of see sense in it being this way round BUT maybe it's worth a further discussion.
Scenario:
If I'm editing a show which has a video in it then naturally enough SCS captures my 2nd screen for the video at show open stage.
If I then load a different show which doersn't have a video or still in it (without closing SCS) to work on SCS does not release the 2nd screen instead it the screen stays black.
Now in a theatre environment I can portntially see the sense in that because you probably don't want the projector suddenly displaying it's logo screen especially mid show. But I wonder if it's worth considering an option ("release screen") like we have asking if we want to save the edited show?
It's not a big deal and maybe not doable without closing SCS and reopening. It's just a little annoying as I swap between shows at the moment with one using video.
