Unable to select to test audio channels and "A program error was detected"

Post by berto2002 » Sun Sep 21, 2025 5:01 am

I created a template containing just the devices (audio set-up, fixtures and DMX channels).
I opened a new production from that new template.
When I played some files I thought the audio mapping of channels had become mixed-up. I later found out it was not mixed, the original cue file was also wrong.
The sound for the Side speakers was coming out the centre; sound for the centre speakers was coming out the back, etc.
So in this new cue file created from the template, I went into the device mapping and experienced two issues:
1) firstly I tried to test the audio channels but I could not select anything other than the A1 entry. Clicking on the others didn't select them
2) I then tried to rename them to correctly map the name with the actual location the sound came from. After doing the last of them I got the error below and the program abended at 19:37 on 20/09/2025

Please email us the log file from this run. Log files are created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of each file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Email the file to support@showcuesystems.com. The screenshot shows the name of the log file ends in 191820.
