SCS11 Midi note in editor (fix in 11.1.1)

Hi Mike,
Just a small annoying bug, SCS11.1.rc1
in the editor, when entering the data for Midi note, channel or velocity, we have lost the ability to enter the number directly into the box and have to use the drop down selection instead. Makes it very awkward when entering midi note or velocities >28
Could you consider re-instating it please.

Yes, unfortunately that's never been available in SCS 11 as the combo box control I'm using doesn't directly support it. But I've found I can add some extra code to provide this feature, especially as it was available in SCS 10.
