Is there a way to force a video cue full screen when it is played? I know it is using the Windows Media Player API. Is there a way to force that to always play its video full screen?

Videos should be played full-screen. Although SCS doesn't technically use the full-screen mode, it does play the videos to a maximized window on the secondary display. Try using SCS 10.7.0 RC2 (available from the Members' Download page), which uses DirectShow by default instead of WMP. The official release of 10.7.0 is expected soon.
