Needs help with 18i20

I've noticed that a few of you are using the Scarlett 18i20 but so far I haven't for exactly what I'm looking for. Up to now our theatre has only uses SCS with a single soundblaster card. We were just donated a 18i20 and I need help setting it up. We want to use the 10 analog TRS outputs but I have no experience with ASIO. Can one of you send me the best settings for both device map in SCS 11 and the ASIO Mix Controller?

The simplest way to set up scarlett 18i20 for SCS is set all outputs to its corresponding daw channel.
In the route section of the scarlett mixer software, assign daw1 to output1, daw2 to output2 and so on. And save this setup to the hardware.
This makes a direct connection between the 20 ouput channels availlable in scs to the 20 phisical outputs of the Scarlett (10 analog outputs in the main board, 2 S/PDIF, and 8 outputs to the adat line, available if you have an adat module).

That's what I did but the SCS test tones don't seem to be getting though to the board. I've checked all my connections and can't find anything wrong there. The fan snake is connected straight from mon1 through mon10 to channels 1 through 10 but no signal seems to be reaching the board. Anything else I might have missed either in the mix controller or on the 18i20 itself?

I cannot show images of my Scarlett 18i20 setup because I use ADAT link between it and the mixer (Theatre Control Both).

I will try to explain it more detailed.
The audio channels that flow from computer to Scarlett are called DAWxx into the Scarlett mixer. You must connect DAW inputs to Physical outputs.
The routing section of the Scarlett mixer should show something like the attached image (ScarlettRouting.jpg)
You should set the monitor section (ScarlettMonitor.jpg) to full passthrough. Shift+Clic on all the buttons with numbers 1 to 10 to set it grey (no blue nor red).

In SCS/Devices/Audio Output Devices, you must select ASIO (using BASS) as Audio Driver and add audio channels (A1, A2...) where the physical device is "Scarlett 18i20"

I have a Scarlett18i8 at home. This evening (western Europe time) I will save print screens of my setup that's very similar.
If you cannot make it work, next week i will be able to set my Scarlett18i20 to acomodate your setup and I will send the configuration file saved to you.
