Audio Burst on Resume from Hibernate (fix in 10.4.0)

Post by Dan » Thu Feb 26, 2009 1:26 am

In SCS 10.3.2, I've noticed that when I use a Fadout and Hibernate SFR on a Playlist, and then later Resume from Hibernate (with either the playlist having a fadein time, or the Resume having a fadein overide), there is an audio burst at the beginning of the resume, and then the playlist fades in. That is, when the Resume from Hibernate is activated, it is like the playlist resumes immediately at the normal (unmuted) level for about a quarter second, and then drops to mute, and then the fadein process takes over. I haven't had a chance to see if this works on standard audio cues, or if it is just tied to playlists. But, with my playlists, it is consistent, and repeatable. Has anybody else seen this or is there a workaround?

Fix ready for next release. The error does only affect Playlist cues.
