[Fix 11.3.8] Issues with level changes on live input

Hello Mike
I have some issues with "level change" when using live input cues. I use several live inputs (8 mics for a small sound installation in a house), and when I want to change the level outputs (8 speakers) on either of them, you can see that the faders are moving, but the sound is still there and visa versa, when I turn up the output on "level change".
I have tried to use "SFR" cues too instead of "level change", but that also give me problems.
I use SCS 11.3.7, soundman server and a Roland Octa-capture soundcard on Windows 8,1. All updated.
I have send you a Diagnostic File with a session where all outputs fade out, even if it only should be one of them. The fadders behave correctly though.
