[Fix 11.3.7] Error when substituting files in audio cue

Hi Mike,
A couple of times, using SCS 11.3.5.2, I have tried substituting one file in an audio cue with another audio file. The cue contains level changes. I keep getting the following error:

- SCS Level Point Error.PNG (10.5 KiB) Viewed 1057 times
Not a showstopper but I thought you would like to know.
Best wishes
Stuart

Are the audio files different lengths?

Yes they are and I expect that is why SCS had the error. But this is likely to be a common occurrence and I would hope that SCS would fail gracefully and display a warning and/or remove any level change points.

Stuart,
I've emailed you details of a new version that should fix this bug. When a new audio file is selected, SCS performs a sanity check on various settings (such as the start-at time being less than the file duration). If this sanity check fails for any reason then SCS clears the start/end/loop/fade times, but what 11.3.6 and earlier versions did not do was clear the level points. This new version also clears the level points.
