Show Cue System

Hello

I am running SCS 11 on a hp laptop Window 7, 4gb of ram

Occasssionally when running cues the sound will glitch and freeze, counter on the cues will stop also. Then no sound will come out of any cue and sometimes a feedback sound. It take rebooting the software with a copy of the show file to usually get it to work. Also when in editor sometimes the software will freeze during adding cues.

Is there any way around this?

Could you email me a diagnostic file? You can create this file by starting SCS and selecting 'Create Diagnostic File' from the drop-down menu displayed when you click the Help button in the main window. The file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Diagnostics" under "Documents" or "My Documents".

(If you're using a version of SCS 11 prior to 11.3 then the diagnostic file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Dumps".)

That all looks fine - nothing unusual at all so should play all your cues perfectly. You don't have some other software running in the background that could be causing the freeze etc? I'll email you details of a tracing version to run although from the information in the diagnostic file I can't see that these freezes would be caused by SCS.
