Show Cue System

A have midi sub-cues attached to audio cues for multiple files.
When I first load the midi files in Editor, they show "Ready (linked)" on the main page.
I've saved the show file, but when I reload it later, all of the midi files show "Ready (auto)"

If I reload them again they will display and play linked as long as Show Cue is open, but will return to "auto" the next time I load the show.

All of the audio cues show and play "linked"

I'm using version 10.6.3 and the problem has just recently shown up.

Any suggestions?

Please email me the cue file (the .scsq file), and tell me which cue(s) you see this problem with.
