[Fix 11.3.1] Runtime error Incorrect nPrevSubIndex. V11.3.0

Got a runtime error when I was copying and pasting subcues to add to an existing cue. V11.3.0 running on XP Pro
Got the error :
"Incorrent nPrevSubIndex for Sub 76S<3>
\nPrevSubIndex=322, nPrevSubIndex=516"
Clicked OK and carried on and everything seems to work, but I am a bit worried that my cue file may be corrupted in some way. Mike I have taken the liberty of sending you a diagnostic file by mail so you can see the situation after the error. I had previously had errors (possibly the same) when creating cues 102 and 102S by copying and existing pair and then changing the files they referenced and some of the detailed control send messages - I was Under stress before a gig and didn't have time to note the détails. This occurred with my previous version (11.2.6???) and with 11.3.0. This new cue pair does behave oddly - if I have 102 running (which plays an audio and a midi file in parallel) and then hit Escape to stop in an emergency then when I try to rerun the cue I get told that the midi channel is currently in use . . .
As ever all help appreciated, especially if the cue file can be saved (there is quite a lot of work in there . . . .)
