MTC - Audio sync

Hi,
I have a simple cue containing subcues:
A - An audio file
B - MIDI Timecode
C- (optionally) video

Now, if I fire the cue, then drag the time slider for the audio to skip ahead, the MIDI timecode does the right thing and skips ahead by the right amount - this is awesome and exactly what's wanted. However, if I set any sort of non-zero time-offset between A and B, this no longer works. And even when it does work, C (the video) doesn't skip. Am I missing something obvious?

How are you entering the time-offset? Are you using the 'relative start time' of the MTC sub-cue?

SCS only syncs MTC sub-cues, not other types of sub-cue. I hadn't considered this would be a requirement, although I can see that it could be in this cue.

Yes - relative start times vs cue or subcue. I've tried every combination I can think of in terms of starting the sub-cues as relative to each other or to the start of the main cue. It only seems to work if the sub-cues have identical time-offsets vs the start of the cue.

What I'm trying to do is something like:

- Start MTC at 0:59:59:27 frames
- Start audio 0.1s later (MTC 01:00:00:00)
-> at which point all my MTC times match my audio times (bar the hours), and my lighting desk is then happy to trigger at the start of the audio 01:00:00:00
-> It wil do this, just it doesn't sync audio + MTC with the 0.1s (or in fact any) offset if you skip through the music
-> Yes I know I can trigger the desk via non-MTC means to start with the audio but that has other complication I seek to avoid

I'm fairly new to SCS so if I'm missing something obvious I'd be grateful if you pointed it out.

The video is then the more complicated case of
- Do everything above
- But start audio+MTC some time after a rehearsal video starts (because the rehearsal video will have a random delay on the start of it). Ideally all three would stay in sync if you skip around in them
