Show Cue System

I ran into an issue today -- I am unable to "loop" an audio file. The "Loop" checkbox is disabled. Any ideas why that happens and how to fix it?

It's a very straightforward stereo wav file. No subcues. Manual start. Nothing unusual about this file or the show.

I am on v11.3.7

The Help file says that loops are not available if you have added Standard Level Points in the Level Envelope.

Yes, that was it! Thank you! I had Standard Level Points. Once I deleted them, loop became available.

I wonder what are the "logical complexities" that prevent Standard Level Points and Loops from coexisting?
